Dr. Arun Gupta has received the most prestigious “Encouragement Award 2021” from the “Asian Young Investigator Award Committee 2021” of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine (JSNM). Dr Gupta is the first Nepalese to receive this “Encouragement Award” award.
The special prize “Encouragement award” comes with a prize money of fifty thousand Yen and awarded by the 61st Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine.
Dr Arun Gupta is a Nuclear Medicine expert and currently working as an Assistant Professor and Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) with the Department of Radiology and Imaging, BPKIHS, Dharan.
Dr Gupta has told HNN Team that this news has encouraged him, and he feels proud to share the achievement to all the Nepalese; and inspires equally others for the same award in future equally.
