The Art of Living Nepal (AoLN) has been offering iExcel Holistic Well-being, an online training program designed to help develop physical, mental, and emotional well-being, to the corporate groups and medical personnel, especially to frontline health workers, doctors, nurses, volunteers, and paramedics who have served the community even during the lockdown to manage stress and learn tools for better immunity. Around 240 participants from more than 18 institutions have benefitted from this 2 hourly 4 days session that was held from 4 August to 7 August via zoom.

Members from the civil service, hospitals, hospice, education institutes, volunteer groups, NGOs, INGOs and banks have also actively participated in this program. To take care of the emotional and mental wellness of the front-line health workers, AoLN collaborated with like-minded sponsors to offer iExcel Holistic Well-being to all the volunteers and medical personnel as a complimentary session.

Nepal Investment Bank Limited generously contributed NRs. 2,00,000, Rtd. Lt. General Krishna NS Thapa contributed NRs. 75,000/-, and Rajesh Pradhan and family provided additional sponsorship to sponsor the front line health care personnel for the program.

AoLN has been offering different meditation and breathing techniques especially the Sudarshan Kriya technique for the past 20 years in Nepal, benefitting thousands of people from many sectors. AoLN wishes to collaborate with amicable individuals/organizations who wish to support the medical team and volunteers of Nepal.

Operating in 156 countries, The Art of Living Foundation (AoLF) is a non-profit, educational and humanitarian organization founded in 1981 by the world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual teacher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

All of AoLF’s programs are guided by Sri Sri’s philosophy: “Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace”, and a One-World Family. The AoLF community is diverse and attracts people from all walks of life backgrounds and religious orientations.

Established as the largest volunteer-based organization of the globe, it has an illustrious track record of swiftly responding to the needs of humanity in times of disasters. On many occasions, the AoLF volunteers have gone beyond their own safety concerns to attend to the mental, emotional and material needs of victims of these disasters.
